Out-of-Town Housing
A worldwide trend of out-of-town permanent residency is becoming more and more typical for Russia as well. Today lots of gated communities spring up in the vicinity of Moscow. However, the number of high-quality projects is still limited.
"Gazprombank-Invest" exposure to the out-of-town housing market is based on practical knowledge. In 2006 one of the four completed projects - Club 20'71 - became nominee to a prestige award "Gated Community of the Year".
