Over the last 5 years we have seen a dramatic increase in prices - both sale and rental - on real estate. In 2006 the average office premises sale prices have grown by 70%, while increase in housing prices made up more than 100%. Moreover, real estate owners are reluctant to sell their properties thus creating a supply deficit on the market.

Higher prices and supply shortage make us take up development projects at early stages.

This became possible for investment companies after a number of Federal Laws regulating property ownership rights were adopted in 2005 -2006.
